INDEPENDENT CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT AND TECHNICAL ASSURANCE

VALIDX Group, founded in Greece and operating internationally, combines accredited inspection, product certification and notified-body services with management-system certification operated through our ICDQ partnership, Automotive-security assessment, cybersecurity and ICT assurance, medical-device expertise, technical advisory, professional training and digital compliance technologies. Through our own entities and selected international partnerships, we support organisations across Europe, the Middle East and Latin America with technically rigorous, transparent and responsive assurance. 

PRECISION CERTIFIED

VALIDX Group operates at the intersection of engineering, regulation and operational risk. ACCREDITATION AND EUROPEAN RECOGNITION

Accredited competence & Transparent responsibility.

Accreditation is central to the VALIDX’s identity. It confirms competence for defined activities and establishes the governance, impartiality and traceability expected from a conformity assessment body. It also requires absolute clarity about which legal entity and scope stand behind each service. 
VALIDX IKE, the Group's Greek conformity assessment entity and also HQ of the Group, is accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System - ESYD - as:

• an Inspection Body according to ISO/IEC 17020, Certificate No. 1266; and
• a Product Certification Body according to ISO/IEC 17065, Certificate No. 1453.

VALIDX is also EU Notified Body No. 3194, authorised to perform conformity assessment activities within its current notified scope under the applicable European legislation.
The Group's SERMI activities are delivered through the relevant accredited entities in Greece and Italy. In Italy, VALIDX | ICDQ Partners is accredited by ACCREDIA as a Type A Inspection Body for SERMI and serves as the Group's specialist automotive platform.

Inspection

VALIDX performs inspection of equipment, installations and operational systems where safety and regulatory compliance are critical. Our fields include fuel station and energy equipment, lifting equipment, elevators, pressure equipment, electrical installations, industrial and infrastructure assets, third-party inspection, commissioning and project quality control. Accredited inspection is delivered strictly within the approved scope, and any non-accredited technical service is identified clearly.

Product Certification and CE Marking

Under our ISO/IEC 17065 accreditation and EU notification, VALIDX performs independent product conformity assessment for regulated European markets, including pressure equipment, lifts and other products covered by our current approved scope. We support manufacturers through application review, technical-documentation assessment, evaluation, certification and surveillance, where applicable.

Management Systems Certification

Through ICDQ exclusive partnership, VALIDX operates a wide management-system and specialist certification portfolio supported by ICDQ's ISO/IEC 17021-1 accreditation and relevant scheme approvals. VALIDX manages the client interface and performs approved operational and audit activities under ICDQ's controlled system, while the responsible certification body, accreditation, scheme rules and certification decision remain clearly identified for every service.

Automotive Security and SERMI

VALIDX operates in the specialised field where automotive aftersales, cybersecurity and regulated access meet. Through accredited SERMI activities in Greece and Italy, we assess eligible independent operators and remote service suppliers against the applicable scheme requirements. VALIDX | ICDQ Partners in Italy is dedicated to the automotive sector and supports the Group's development of automotive-security, compliance and assurance services.

Cybersecurity, ICT and Digital Resilience

Cybersecurity is a distinct VALIDX market-expertise line, connecting technical assessment, risk-based advisory, certification access and professional competence. Our services include penetration testing, NIS-focused security assessments, cybersecurity risk assessment, ICT infrastructure and control reviews, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 gap analysis and training, and business-continuity and resilience support aligned with ISO 22301. Where formal management-system certification is required, it is provided through the ICDQ framework under the applicable accreditation, with advisory and certification roles kept separate in accordance with impartiality requirements.

Medical Devices

VALIDX Group, via Cyprus Subsidary VALIDX Medtech provides a focused platform for medical-device quality, regulatory compliance and related assurance services, supported by the Group's broader certification, audit, training and digital capabilities.

Technical Advisory and Project Assurance

Our specialists support clients with EPC quality assurance and quality control, commissioning, project methodologies and deliverables, metrology and standardisation, technical due diligence, risk management, ESG and sustainability, cybersecurity and ICT risk, regulatory readiness, pharma and GMP-related projects, and complex technical compliance programmes.

Professional Training

We develop and deliver training for industrial safety, equipment operation and inspection, management systems, auditor competence, sustainability, information security and cybersecurity, and other specialist subjects. Programmes are designed to translate requirements into practical competence and safer, more consistent performance.

Digital Compliance and Process Automation

Digital delivery is part of our operating model, not an add-on. We design process maps and governance systems, implement Nintex Process Manager, automate audit and inspection workflows, create digital reports and certificates, and support QR-based asset and equipment traceability, client portals, robotic process automation and tailored business-process solutions.
